This section sets out details of Mahadeva’s Kitchen Customer Service policy for your purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our kitchen on (03) 9317 5653 (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cakes, macarons, biscuits, cupcakes, mini cupcakes and other food, flowers cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of supplying the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mdkitchen.com.au and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) (as applicable). The prices indicated on the Site may change at anytime without advance notice to you. If you’ve purchased our products, it will be charged at the price in force at the time a customer’s order is validated. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you, or to a third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.We may from time to time provide discounted products. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value. Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. We offer visitors who want to purchase from our Site the option to pay for the products by credit card, apple pay, or such other method of payment as notified by us from time to time. You acknowledge and agree to make timely and full payments to us for the products purchased. Where you use a credit card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use that credit card. You authorise us to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all payment balances owed and agree to keep all billing information current at all times. Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, we may cancel your products.
PICK up
We cannot be held liable for delays to your scheduled pickup time. Please arrive for pick up at your selected time Your products must be collected within the operating hours We will not be held liable for any damage caused to the products once they have been provided to you.
